I’m giving away one ebook copy of The Mammoth Book of Irish Romance!!

What happens when an Irish god finds himself smitten by a beautiful mortal woman? When the Celtic gods dream of romance trouble abounds! Visit an Irish king tempted by the poetry of a sensuous wraith who blends the mythological and the historical so seamlessly he finds himself transported to a myth-laden Ireland of beasts and warriors–and entirely at her mercy.

A forbidden love cursed by the saints causes two young lovers to magically shape-shift to freedom in an underground fairy Otherworld with disastrous results. A Celtic hero sets out on a treacherous sea journey to claim a dream woman. The rekindled ashes of an ancient desire between a fierce clansman and his lady find new light with a pair of young, secret lovers.

The volume contains stories by: Jenna Maclaine, Jennifer Ashley, Roberta Gellis, Claire Delacroix, Sue-Ellen Welfonder, Cindy Miles, Ciar Cullen, Helen Scott Taylor, Shirley Kennedy, Margo Maguire, Susan Krinard, Pat McDermott, Nadia Williams, Dara England, Kathleen Givens, Sandra Newgent, Cindy Holby, Cat Adams, Penelope Neri, Patricia Rice.

To enter, leave your first name, your email address, and your favorite Saint Patrick’s Day tradition or memory. The hop lasts until March 31st, so a winner will be randomly chosen and notified on April 1st. (And since it’s an ebook copy, this will be open internationally!) Thanks for stopping by!! Don’t forget to check out the other blogs on the hop, and GOOD LUCK!!!

Thanks for your giveaway! Happy St. Patrick’s Day!! Make sure you wear your green or I will pinch you!!! In school, that was our favorite thing to do, was pinching everyone. Now I try to catch my grandchildren without their green, but I think kids are wiser. They always are wearing their green.

My most memorable St. Patrick’s Day was spent searching for four-leaf clovers. I looked for hours and remember listening to stories about Ireland and the like. Ah, to be young again and simply look for leaves.

The book sounds like a great read!

When I was a kid, I actually found a four-leaf clover!! I have no idea what happened to it although I do recall having it for quite a while. It probably fell apart and was thrown away.

We have a large family St. Patrick’s Day dinner: Irish soda bread, corned beef and cabbage, irish coffee pie and Irish coffee.
Last year we were lucky to spend the day in New Orleans. The parades were like Mardi Gras and great fun.

Thank you for the giveaway. I love St. Patrick’s Day because it reminds me of my grandfather. I am not sure how much Irish he had but he was very proud of it, and collected all kinds of “Kiss Me, I’m Irish” merchandise.
