I’m so happy to be joining Readers Confession blog and author Toni Aleo in this cool blog hop to help showcase something new I’ve fallen in love with this year. (I’m joining a couple days late… sorry guys!!)
I’ve been eyeballing Kimberly Frost’s Southern Witch series for a while now, but just recently had the chance to actually read them. They’re every bit as good as I thought they would be!!! They’re a fun, easy, paranormal read t0 fit in between all the intense urban fantasy that I’ve had come my way lately. (Don’t get me wrong, I love those, too… but balance is good.) That being said, there ARE conflicts and ne’er-do-wells in the story, bad things happen, and there are some dire straits. BUT, the overall feel of the books is lighthearted and I have REALLY enjoyed them. What makes me even happier, is that what we *thought* was going to be a trilogy, is now being continued with the publisher’s blessing! So… MORE fun with Tammy Jo and her crazy, lovable crew to come!!!
