Coastal Magic Convention Contest with Gini Koch: Final Day

Thank you all so much for playing along!! I’m so excited for Coastal Magic Convention, and I can’t wait to meet all of you!!! I’m also loving all the concert memories everyone is sharing 🙂 We’ve got two winners chosen… now on to the final day, and the final winner!! Be sure to check the original post (by clicking HERE) to see the incredible ALIEN RESEARCH cover reveal… it’s really fantastic!!

DINNER WITH GINI AT COASTAL MAGIC… ON US!! That’s right, Gini will pick the place, and Books Make Me Happy will be picking up your bill. (All winners must be registered to attend Coastal Magic Convention no later than December 31, 2013. Please check out the convention website for registration information and a listing of additional Featured Authors.)

There will be three questions, one each day, related to Gini’s Words & Music Monday post. (You don’t HAVE to read that post to answer the questions, but we’d love it if you did. There is some interesting insight into the musical influences of the Alien Series.) To enter, simply answer the question in the comment section, along with your name and email address. I will close the comments at the end of each day at midnight pacific time. Winner will be posted and notified, and will have 48 hours to respond or another winner will be chosen. Contest will run Oct 1-3, 2013, and will include three separate posts. Commenters may enter on multiple days, but may only win once.

Dinner with Gini Koch at Coastal Magic – Question for Day 3 is…

To date I’ve listened to Fall Out Boy’s “Tiffany Blews”, “I Don’t Care”, and “Miss Missing You” over 335 times each, and B.o.B.’s “Ray Bands” over 500 times. But before you get impressed, I’ve listened to Smash Mouth’s “Whole Lotta Love” and “Looking for a Wall” over 515 times each. But the big winner? Smash Mouth’s “105” — over 670 times. Those numbers won’t last — they’ll only get higher.

What song is the one you know you’ve listened to in high triple digits?

I could make a LIST of songs I’ve listened to that often… the repeat button is my friend where good songs are concerned, lol. (First one that comes to mind is “The Fantasy” by 30 Seconds To Mars.) I’m curious which ones are up there for all of you!! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!

Wow that’s really hard question ’cause it depends on my mood.
Lately I’ve hit the repeat button on Mirrors by Justin Timberlake and Wild Ones by Flo Rida. But if I’m feeling a 70’s grove it’s Shadow Dancing by Andy Gibb, the 80’s could be Goodbye to You by Scandal, the 1990’s could be Fly to the Angels by Slaughter. If I need to get my country fix it’s Cruise by Florida Georgia Line.

Ha! Every time I find a song that I absolutely love I play it on repeat, listening to it over and over and over and over. Basically, I drive everyone around me insane. *grin* My latest song was Born to Die by Lana Del Rey. I listened to nothing but that song for two weeks straight.
